About the estate

The Domaine Juliette Avril winery looks back on a long family tradition in Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the Rhône Valley, with roots dating back to the pre-revolutionary era. The estate was established in 1982 by Juliette Avril, and her descendants continue to manage the operations today. Covering a vineyard area of 41.3 hectares, the estate cultivates vines across various appellations including Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Cairanne, and Côtes du Rhône. Viticulture is conducted according to sustainable farming practices under the Terra Vitis certification. In the cellar, vinification and maturation are carried out using stainless steel vats, concrete tanks, and traditional large oak foudres.
