About the estate

The Domaine Haut Marin estate in Gondrin in southwest France is managed in the fourth generation by the Jegerlehner-Prataviera family and has been producing wine and armagnac since 1920. Covering an area of 160 hectares, the winery cultivates parcels characterized by a rich marine geological past with ancient fossils. The diverse soils consisting of clay, limestone, and deep sand provide ideal conditions for grape varieties such as Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Sauvignon, and Petit and Gros Manseng. The portfolio ranges from fresh dry white wines and structured reds to rosé, sweet wines, and traditional armagnacs. Agricultural practices focus on environmental preservation, leading to the Haute Valeur Environnementale certification in 2017.

The eno directory lists 9 wines, mostly from Colombard and Gros Manseng.
