About the estate
The family-owned Domaine Gross winery is situated in Gueberschwihr in Alsace and traces its origins back to the early 1980s when Rémy Gross took over the estate. Today, Rémy and Vincent cultivate a 10-hectare vineyard following biodynamic principles. All vineyard tasks are performed manually, utilizing plant extracts and biodynamic preparations to enhance soil life and vine development. Winemaking in the cellar relies exclusively on hand harvesting, gravity-fed pressing, and maturation in oak foudres and stainless steel vats. The production includes wines from the AOC Alsace Grand Cru denomination.
