About the estate

The EARL Famille Dietrich estate is located in Dambach-la-Ville in Alsace and looks back on a long history, documented by a cellar construction dated 1620. Managed by Michel Dietrich as vineyard manager and Alexis Dietrich as cellarmaster, the winery cultivates vineyards across several villages, including the Frankstein Grand Cru. The vineyards are planted with the seven traditional Alsatian grape varieties, which thrive on granitic colluvial soils. Vinification is carried out traditionally with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts in historic oak casks, followed by aging in wooden vats or stainless steel tanks. The wines are distributed to private customers, restaurants, and wine merchants.
