The Domaine Grivot-Goisot estate is located in the Auxerrois region in Saint Bris le Vineux and stems from the union of the Grivot and Goisot families. Today, the family-run winery cultivates around 28 hectares of vines on exceptional clay-limestone soils. Viticulture is conducted using reasoned farming practices with a certification for high environmental value, focusing on soil cultivation and biodiversity. The portfolio features authentic wines from appellations including Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru, Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre, and Bourgogne Aligoté.
