The Domaine Gresser estate manages just over eleven hectares of vineyards situated across the diverse terroirs of the Andlau and Eichhoffen valleys. Owned by the family for generations, the vineyards are farmed biodynamically and hold certifications for organic agriculture and Demeter standards. The production encompasses all characteristic grape varieties and appellations of Alsace, featuring prestigious Grand Cru sites such as Kastelberg, Wiebelsberg, and Moenchberg. Farming practices focus on working in harmony with nature to strengthen ecosystem vitality and preserve the distinctive mineral signatures of the soils. Located near the local abbey, the family property features technical facilities and a tasting room that welcomes visitors from around the globe.
