About the estate
The Domaine Fredavelle is located in the heart of Provence and spans 25 hectares of vineyards within the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellation. Managed by David Ravel and Olivia Menigoz, the estate focuses on organic farming and a precise, nature-friendly approach in the vineyards. Situated at altitudes of up to 300 metres and surrounded by forests, the site benefits from clay-limestone soils and the influence of the Mistral wind. The diverse grape variety spectrum includes Grenache, Syrah, and Cabernet-Sauvignon for red and rosé wines, alongside Vermentino, Sauvignon blanc, and Viognier for white wines. In the cellar, a low-intervention vinification process aims to produce fresh, spontaneous wines with a distinct expression of origin.
