The Domaine du Chene estate is located in the heart of the Mâconnais region in southern Burgundy, with a history dating back to 1973. The winery cultivates sixty hectares of vineyards situated on stony clay-limestone hillside soils. The planted grape varieties include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Aligoté. Farming is conducted using sustainable and reasoned methods to preserve the natural environment. Vinification takes place in a modernized cellar utilizing both stainless steel vats and oak barrels.
