About the estate

The Domaine des Terres Rouges estate is located in Azé in southern Burgundy and has cultivated its vineyards for more than three generations. The Blanchard family, previously member of a cooperative, established its own winery in 2015, with son Bastien joining the operation the following year. Spanning 30 hectares, the estate practices biological farming methods to produce healthy grapes on clay and limestone soils. The portfolio features wines made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Aligoté, alongside Crémant de Bourgogne. In the cellar, vinification is carried out in a minimal and natural manner to preserve the authentic character of the terroir.
