Domaine des Pins

About the estate

The historical Domaine des Pins estate was acquired in 2016 by the Polosse family and Sandra Escot, and is co-managed with operating manager Joseph de Sonis. The winery cultivates nine hectares of vineyards spread across about a dozen parcels, producing wines under the AOC Saint-Amour, AOC Beaujolais Villages, and AOC Crémant de Bourgogne appellations. Following the takeover, significant investments were made in cellar technology to enable more precise vinifications and the creation of new cuvées. The working method in the vineyard and cellar is based on minimal, reasoned interventions and respect for the natural rhythms of the terroirs. The certified estate places great emphasis on preserving the ecosystem and maintaining the traditional wine style.
