Domaine des Chézelles

About the estate

The Domaine des Chézelles estate was founded in 2016 and is located in Noyers-sur-Cher on the right bank of the Cher river. The property encompasses approximately 25 hectares of vineyards distributed across ten main plots. The soils consist largely of sand with proportions of clay and limestone. Around 70 percent of the vineyard area is planted with white grape varieties such as Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Chenin, and Orbois, while red varieties include Gamay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Côt, and Pineau d’Aunis. Harvesting is predominantly carried out by machine, and vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
