About the estate
The Domaine Delmas estate is run as a third-generation family business in the Limoux appellation within the Languedoc region. The vineyards are spread across small parcels on the hillsides of the upper Aude valley and have been farmed organically since 1986. Originally established by family predecessors, the independent winery is currently managed by Bernard and Marlène Delmas alongside their son Baptiste. Drawing on a background in professional gastronomy, the family applies rigorous precision and a commitment to excellence to their winemaking. In the modern cellar, they produce complex wines characterized by fresh and mineral aromas.
