Domaine de Lagajan

About the estate

The Domaine de Lagajan estate is located in Eauze in southwest France and looks back on a family history that began before the French Revolution. The Georgacaracos family has now managed the property for eleven generations, with various family members shaping the estate over the years. The vineyards grow on light boulbènes soils and tawny sands, while the southeast exposure promotes a slow development of the grapes. The product range includes wines under the AOC Bas-Armagnac, AOC Floc de Gascogne, and Côtes de Gascogne IGP designations, as well as eau de vie. Additionally, the estate features a traditional alembic still from 1907 and an on-site museum dedicated to the history of the property.
