About the estate

The Domaine de la Tournelle estate is located in Arbois in the French Jura region and operates according to certified organic guidelines. The winery cultivates its vineyards exclusively with its own grapes, completely avoiding the purchase of grapes or wine. Soil management is carried out mechanically through plowing and hoeing without the use of chemical herbicides. The grapes are harvested by hand with strict selection in the vineyard, followed by gentle pressing. The wines are aged using indigenous yeasts in cool vaulted cellars and without the addition of sulfur.
