About the estate
The Domaine de la Paganie estate is located at the foot of the picturesque village of Puy-l’Évêque in the heart of the Cahors wine region. The origins of the property date back to the 1900s, when great-grandfather Léon planted the first vines. Today, the six-hectare estate is run by Dominique Henry and his son Clément. The vineyards are planted exclusively with Malbec on clay-limestone soils. Farming practices include manual harvesting and mechanical soil work, and the vineyard is currently undergoing conversion to organic farming.
