About the estate

The Domaine de la Ferme Saint Martin cultivates 19 hectares of vineyards in the Rhône Valley, spanning across the Beaumes de Venise, Ventoux, and Côtes du Rhône appellations. The estate has been housed since 1964 in a former eleventh-century convent nestled in the Dentelles de Montmirail. Viticulture has been conducted organically since the 1990s, completely avoiding synthetic treatment products and oenological additives since the 2000s. The grapes are harvested by hand, carefully sorted, and fermented using native yeasts characteristic of each terroir. Under favorable climatic conditions, the estate produces approximately 100,000 bottles of fine and mineral-driven wines annually.
