About the estate

The Domaine de la Coquillade estate is located in the southern Rhône Valley, with the majority of its vineyards situated in the AOC Ventoux and the Luberon Regional Natural Park. The winery relies on carefully chosen rootstocks, massal selections, and the use of mycorrhizal fungi to adapt the vines to the poor, rocky soils. To achieve freshness, finesse, and moderate alcohol levels, grapes are harvested earlier during warm years. Harvesting is carried out exclusively by hand in small crates, followed by rigorous sorting in the cellar to preserve the quality of the fruit. In addition to top cuvées in the AOC Ventoux, the estate also produces single-varietal wines, original blends, and wines from disease-resistant hybrid grape varieties under the Méditerranée IGP designation.
