The family-owned Domaine de la Combe au Loup estate is located in the heart of Chiroubles in the Beaujolais region and has been managed across generations since 1870. The property spans eleven hectares of sunny granitic slopes that are predominantly planted with old vines. The grape varieties include Gamay noir à jus blanc for red and rosé wines alongside Chardonnay for white wines. The portfolio encompasses several appellations and crus of the region, including Chiroubles, Morgon, Régnié, and Beaujolais-Villages. The operational approach combines traditional vinification with modern cultivation methods, and the estate holds certification for organic agriculture.
