About the estate

The Domaine de la Biscarelle estate is located in Orange in the Rhône Valley and covers 22 hectares of vineyards across the Côtes du Rhône and Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellations. The winery cultivates parcels with old vines on various soil types, including the characteristic rolled pebbles, sandy soils, and gravelly earth. In total, the estate grows 13 different grape varieties, with Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre forming the main components. The vineyards are farmed as a family operation with a strong focus on soil management and the reduction of phytosanitary treatments.
