Domaine de la Belle Etoile

About the estate

The Domaine de la Belle Etoile estate is managed in the fifth generation and looks back on a family tradition that began in 1903. Today, Vincent Esnou cultivates a vineyard area of 28 hectares on a terroir that extends between the Armorican Massif and the Paris Basin. The estate is located in a region with schist and limestone soils and covers a range of appellations from AOC Anjou to AOC Crémant de Loire. Cultivation follows integrated farming principles with grass-covered plots to achieve controlled yields. For vinification, the winemaker utilizes thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks and barrel aging for certain cuvées.
