About the estate
The Domaine de Herrebouc estate is located in the heart of the Gers and was established in 2004 by Carine Fitte and Hélène Archidec on a historic property. The 18-hectare vineyard spans clay-limestone slopes and features ten typical grape varieties of the region for the production of white, red, and rosé wines. The vineyard is cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods to promote soil fertility. Traditional vinifications are carried out with minimal inputs, followed by maturation in tanks or oak barrels. The wines are certified organic and biodynamic.
