About the estate

The Domaine d'Eole estate is located in Eygalières within the Provence region, nestled in the Alpilles regional natural park. For over thirty years, the property has been dedicated to crafting Provençal wines from ten typically Mediterranean grape varieties. Viticulture is conducted strictly according to organic principles, with the vineyards certified since 1996. The terroir is defined by the interaction of the mistral wind, abundant sunshine, and soils composed of limestone pebbles and clay. During vinification, the team combines modern cellar equipment with traditional methods including total destemming and temperature-controlled maceration.
