About the estate
The Domaine de Valdition estate is located in Provence in the heart of the Alpilles in Orgon and looks back on a history dating back to the Renaissance. The vineyards cover 70 hectares and have been farmed organically since 2006. Situated at the confluence of the Rhône Valley, Provence and Languedoc regions, a wide variety of grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache and Chardonnay are cultivated. In the cellar, vinification takes place in wooden foudres, barriques, concrete or stainless steel vats and ovoid tanks depending on the wine style.
