About the estate
The family-run Domaine Chant des Loups estate was founded in 1989 by Franck Aymard in Sarrians within the Vaucluse, and is today co-managed in succession by his daughter Marie. The property encompasses 13 hectares of vineyards in the Rhône Valley, which are cultivated according to sustainable and organic agricultural principles. The product range includes wines from the AOC Vacqueyras and AOC Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise appellations as well as natural wines released as Vin de France. Farming relies on manual and mechanical practices alongside natural cover crops to promote biodiversity. Inside the cellar, winemaking features native yeasts, gentle extractions, and minimal sulfur additions.
