About the estate
The Domaine Cazes estate encompasses 220 hectares of vineyards located in the Agly Valley at the foot of the Corbières foothills in Roussillon. The soils are predominantly clay-limestone, mixed with schist debris and siliceous pebbles. The entire vineyard area is farmed organically and biodynamically. The winery produces wines across the appellations of AOC Côtes du Roussillon, AOC Côtes du Roussillon Villages, AOC Fitou, AOC Muscat de Rivesaltes, AOC Rivesaltes, and Maury. Mediterranean grape varieties are cultivated to express the full typicity of their terroir.

Vingt deux ans d’un élevage attentionné dans des vieux foudres de chêne où le vin s’est enrichi de multiples arômes : noix verte, orange amère, figue, abricot sec, cannelle, muscade, cardamone… Saveurs qui se prolongent dans une atmosphère de gras et de suavité.
