The Domaine Capmartin winery is located in Maumusson in the Gers department within the southwest of France. The history of the estate began in 1985 when Guy Capmartin left the family estate to establish his own winery. The vineyards extend across rich soils surrounding a former 18th-century convent building. The portfolio features organic wines from the AOC Madiran and AOC Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh denominations. Cultivation focuses on the Tannat grape variety, which thrives on clay and pebble soils.
