About the estate
The Chateau Laffitte Teston estate is managed by the family in the fifth generation and is located in Maumusson. The vineyard area covers about fifty hectares today, featuring clay-limestone soils as well as Grepp or Tuff. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Madiran, AOC Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh, and Côtes de Gascogne IGP denominations. Harvesting is done by hand from vines aged twenty to fifty years. The aging of the red wines takes place in oak barrels, among other methods.
