About the estate
Located in Cully on the shores of Lake Geneva, the Domaine Louis Bovard estate covers 13 hectares of vineyards within the UNESCO World Heritage region of Lavaux. In 1983, Louis-Philippe Bovard took over the family-run estate as the tenth generation with the objective of bringing international recognition to its wines. The steep vineyards are predominantly planted with Chasselas, alongside varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Syrah, and Merlot. The estate includes parcels in the Dézaley and Calamin Grand Cru appellations. Depending on the wine style, vinification takes place in traditional large oak casks or barriques, with a strong focus on aging Chasselas on its fine lees.
