About the estate

The family-owned Domaine Bardet et Fils cultivates nine hectares of vineyards in Noyers in the Yonne department. The estate is managed in the second generation by Alexandre and Damien Bardet, whose family roots in local viticulture date back to the 19th century. On their plots, the producers cultivate primarily Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to craft wines under various appellations including Chablis, Petit Chablis, Irancy, and Bourgogne. Vinification and aging take place in a traditional Burgundian stone building utilizing stainless steel tanks and traditional oak barrels. Alongside vineyard management, the estate handles all steps from cultivation to direct commercialization.
