About the estate
The Dipoli Peter winery is a small family estate located in the south of South Tyrol, established in 1987 and cultivating seven hectares of vineyards. The steeply sloped vineyards require a high amount of manual labor for all steps throughout the year from pruning to harvest. Founder Peter and his nephew Felix focus on precision and wines that reflect their origin and the specific conditions of each vintage. Higher up on light soils dominated by dolomitic rock, Sauvignon Blanc is cultivated, whereas Bordeaux varieties are grown in the warmer lower sites with heavier soils. The portfolio comprises an annual production of around 50,000 bottles under the Alto Adige DOC designation.
