About the estate
The De Vinosalvo estate is located in Cinigiano in Tuscany and cultivates four hectares of vineyards in the areas of Braccia Larghe and Porrona. Shaped by an Australian winemaker, the winery grows Shiraz and Sangiovese on diverse soils ranging from alluvial lime to clayey sands. Vineyard management focuses on high biological diversity and a sustainable, environmentally conscious approach. The grapes are harvested by hand, and the vinification process includes temperature-controlled fermentation and maturation in used French oak tonneaux. The portfolio features Mediterranean red wines, which fall under denominations such as Maremma Toscana DOC and Montecucco DOC.
