Cupirosso

About the estate

The Cupirosso estate is located in Magliano in Tuscany and was established by Irene de Gasparis, who was later joined by Christian Mouthuy. The winery cultivates slightly less than three hectares of vineyards organically with a strong focus on respect for the terroir. The planted grape varieties include the indigenous varieties Vermentino, Sangiovese, and Alicante Nero alongside the international variety Cabernet Franc. Winemaking takes place in a modern, fully sustainable cellar facility that utilizes photovoltaic energy and gravity-fed techniques. The wines are produced within the Costa Toscana IGT and Maremma Toscana DOC appellations.
