About the estate
The Dam family estate is managed by the winemaking couple Birgit and Reinhard Dam in the Traisental region, who took over the parental farm as career changers in 2009. Since then, the vineyard area has grown from an initial one hectare to 15 hectares, with over 18 grape varieties cultivated today. The winery operates in a resource-efficient manner and is a certified sustainable and organic operation. In addition to the parents, the team includes junior winemaker Christopher Dam and other family members who together combine tradition and modernity. The wines are created in harmony with the nature of the Traisental and reflect the aspiration to produce wines of the highest class.
