About the estate

The Corte Fabbri estate is located in Broni in the Lombardy region and is run by the family, who settled in the Oltrepò Pavese after moving across Italy in search of a new home. The winery comprises five hectares of vineyards dedicated to varieties such as Pinot Noir, Croatina, Barbera, and Uva Rara. The portfolio includes wines from appellations such as Bonarda dell'Oltrepò Pavese, Buttafuoco dell'Oltrepò Pavese, and Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico. In the vineyard and cellar, the estate relies exclusively on estate-grown grapes, hand-harvested into crates, and vinified in restored concrete tanks. The family oversees the entire production process from the vineyard to the bottled wine.
