About the estate

The CASTELLO di STEFANAGO winery is a family-run estate situated in the hills of the Lombardy region, dedicated to organic wine production. Its 20 hectares of vineyards are part of a larger 135-hectare estate comprising forests, meadows, and fields. The artisanal winemaking process avoids invasive fining and filtration, and includes sparkling wines produced using the ancestral method. The certified organic estate operates entirely without synthetic pesticides or herbicides. Distribution and marketing of the wines are managed directly by the estate.
