The Corentin Houillon - Domaine de Veronnet estate is located in Serrières-en-Chautagne in the Savoy region of France and spans five hectares of vineyards. The history of the property dates back to 1640, and the winery is managed according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture and agroecology. The vineyards are situated on steep slopes with glacial molasse soils, where five different grape varieties are cultivated. Harvesting is done entirely by hand, followed by spontaneous fermentation in the estate's own cellar. The portfolio features wines under the AOC Roussette De Savoie denomination, which are produced without artificial additives and bottled without filtration.
