About the estate
The Colombaia estate produces natural wines in small quantities under the Toscana IGT denomination. The winery cultivates old and young vineyards with grape varieties such as Trebbiano and Malvasia to produce red wines, white wines, and limited amounts of ancestral method sparkling wines. The estate has been organically farmed since 1999 and biodynamically certified by Demeter since 2007. Furthermore, the winery is a member of Renaissance des Appellation and the AVN Association Vin naturel France.
The eno directory lists 6 wines, mostly from Sangiovese and Colorino.
