Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Colombaia produit des vins naturels en petites quantités sous l'appellation Toscana IGT. La cave cultive de vieux et de jeunes vignes avec des cépages tels que le Trebbiano et la Malvasia pour produire des vins rouges, des vins blancs et des quantités limitées de vins effervescents selon la méthode ancestrale. Le domaine est cultivé en agriculture biologique depuis 1999 et certifié en biodynamie par Demeter depuis 2007. De plus, la cave est membre de Renaissance des Appellation et de l'AVN Association Vin naturel France.
