About the estate

The Collonge Fabien estate is run by winemaker Fabien Collonge, born in 1976, who belongs to the new generation and learned much from his parents and grandparents. The winery cultivates vineyards on steep slopes in Beaujolais and within the Chiroubles and Morgon appellations. For vineyard management, the estate generally relies on reasoned practices, combining traditional methods with new approaches. In the cellar, the parcels yield red wines such as the powerful, structured Morgon Vieilles Vignes and the fresh, elegant Chiroubles Vieilles Vignes. During the vinification process, the winemaker places great importance on frequent tasting.
