About the estate

The Rebbau Ciprian estate located in Zizers in German-speaking Switzerland was founded in 1998 and currently covers a vineyard area of 0.8 hectares. The wines originate from four different parcels at the foot of the local Zizers mountain Ciprian, where poor slate soils and a sunny climate with cool nights provide ideal conditions. The focus is on fruit-driven and purist Pinot wines featuring a characteristic cassis note. Vinification follows a restrained approach with the parcels aged separately and bottled either unfiltered or very gently depending on the vintage.
