About the estate
The Christian Guyot estate is located in Bernex in the Champagne genevoise region and has been producing its own wines since 2005. The majority of the plots are situated on the Coteau de Lully and are cultivated using environmentally friendly integrated production methods as well as organic practices on certain parcels. Vineyard management focuses on proximity to nature, cover cropping, and manual harvesting to achieve low yields. In the cellar, the winery relies on gentle hand-vinification without technological interventions, long traditional maturation in oak barrels, and bottling generally without fining or filtration.

Vin extrêmement expressif, avec beaucoup de fruité (abricot, pêche), de zeste d’agrumes, de bergamote, de thé noir Earl Grey; la bouche est très corsée, légèrement tanique.
