The Chateau Terre Forte estate located in Rochefort-du-Gard has been managed by the Jauffret family for multiple generations, with ancestors cultivating vines there as early as 1856. The estate under its current name was established in 2001. The winery produces wines within the Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages, and Signargues appellations. Viticulture is conducted entirely through biodynamic methods to respect natural balances and soils. Vinification involves minimal intervention, native yeasts, and for specific cuvées, maturation in amphorae to preserve purity and expression of the terroir.
