About the estate
The Mas Oncle Ernest estate is the result of four generations of history, initiated by founder Ernest Gras. Today, the family tends vineyards around Mount Ventoux to produce original, fresh, and expressive wines. The winery places great emphasis on meticulous parcel selection and independent vinification to preserve the specific character of each terroir. The grapes are processed individually and aged in stainless steel tanks or new French oak barrels depending on the cuvée. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Côtes du Rhône, AOC Ventoux, and Méditerranée IGP denominations.
