The Chateau Moulin Caresse estate is a family-run property dating back to 1749, currently managed by Benjamin and Quentin Deffarge with the support of their parents Sylvie and Jean François. Located in Saint Antoine de Breuilh in the southwest, the estate encompasses 38 hectares of vineyards alongside 20 hectares dedicated to ancient grains. Achieving organic certification in 2022, the vineyards are rooted in the terroirs of the Montravel and Bergerac appellations. The portfolio features a range of characterful wines produced within the traditions of the region.
