About the estate
Château La Grave is located in the village of Badens and looks back on a long history as a former property of the Abbey of Lagrasse. In the 1970s, Josiane and Jean-Pierre Orosquette left the cooperative winery to establish their own estate, discovering the Maccabeu variety that became characteristic of their white wines. Today, son Jean-François Orosquette manages the winery, supported by the next generation including Tristan and Julien. The production includes white, rosé, and red wines marketed under designations such as AOC Minervois and IGP Hauts de Badens.
