About the estate
The Château Grès Saint-Paul estate is located in Lunel within the Languedoc region, tracing its heritage back to a medieval site along the ancient Via Domitia. Owned by the Servière family since 1830, the property is currently managed by Jean-Philippe Servière as the seventh generation of the family. The vineyards cover 24 hectares on a Villafranchien plateau of gravel and stones situated at an altitude of 50 meters, benefiting from a cool microclimate influenced by the nearby Mediterranean Sea. The estate produces wines under the AOC Coteaux du Languedoc and Muscat de Lunel designations, utilizing Muscat Petit Grain for white wines and various varieties for reds. White wines are vinified at low temperatures, whereas red grapes undergo destemming, crushing, and fermentation in concrete vats.
The eno directory lists 8 wines, mostly from Muscat Petit Grain and Syrah.
