About the estate
The Château de Palayson is a historic vineyard estate of significant importance located in Roquebrune-sur-Argens in Provence. The origins of the property date back to a Roman villa from around 200 BC, and the wine caves were converted from the estate's time as a monastery. The goal of the winery is to produce high-quality wines based on traditional methods while respecting the natural elements of the vineyards. The grapes are biologically farmed, with a focus on red wines produced from a Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon blend as well as a full-bodied rosé wine.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
