Chateau de Manissy

About the estate

The historic Chateau de Manissy is located on the right bank of the Rhone River and looks back on a long-standing tradition. Following its establishment through a donation to the Congregation of the Missionary Brothers of the Holy Family in 1919, the estate is managed today by winemaker Florian André. Spanning 60 hectares of vineyards, the estate produces wines across the appellations of Tavel, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac and Côtes du Rhône. The entire property is farmed organically and biodynamically to yield healthy wines that accurately reflect their terroir. The team avoids all synthetic chemicals in the vineyards and applies a gentle vinification process in the cellar with very limited use of sulfites.
