About the estate
The Celler Pascona estate is located in Falset within the Montsant region and traces its history back to a family project initiated in 1991 by Antoni Ripoll Bartolomé, before his son Toni Ripoll took over the reins in 2006. Spanning 20 hectares of vineyards in the Vall dels Fontanals, the property cultivates Garnatxa, Carinyena, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot on soils comprising clay, granite, and slate. The winery is built directly at the foot of the vineyards to ensure minimal transport times during harvest and to preserve the full purity of the grapes. The estate combines traditional roots with an innovative, experimental approach to craft expressive terroir wines that reflect the unique mesoclimate of the area.
