Caves Ventura Soler

About the estate

The Caves Ventura Soler estate is located in the municipalities of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia and Subirats and was established in 2003 by the Ventura and Soler couple, uniting the long sparkling wine tradition of two families. The vineyards benefit from the Mediterranean sunlight and the proximity of the sea, allowing the grapes to ripen while preserving their full aroma and freshness. For the production of its cavas and wines, the winery relies on organic viticulture, meticulous selection, and the traditional method of bottle fermentation. The range features cuvées crafted from grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada. These wines and cavas are produced under the Cava DO and Penedès DO designations.
